Accessibility Statement
The Agent Marketplace (theagentmarketplace.ai), operated by Garnet Grid Consulting LLC, is committed to making our learning academy and marketplace usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
1. Conformance target
We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. The platform includes a cinematic 3D (WebGL) layer, so we treat that layer as enhancement and ensure an equivalent, non-WebGL path for every core task.
2. Measures in place
- Live "agent thinking" stream and lesson grading results are exposed as ARIA live regions (
role="log",aria-live), so screen-reader users hear reasoning, tool calls, and pass/fail verdicts as they arrive. - Dialogs (the agent-run panel, the lesson lab, the dashboard, run transcripts) are true modals —
aria-modal, focus moved in on open and restored on close, a Tab focus-trap, and Escape to close; the background is madeinertwhile a dialog is open. - Keyboard navigation: the lesson syllabus and all navigation are operable from the keyboard via the DOM, independent of the 3D scene.
- No-WebGL path: if WebGL is unavailable, we surface the server-rendered lesson previews and catalog rather than a blank screen.
- The decorative 3D campus canvas is hidden from assistive technology (
aria-hidden) — every lesson is reachable through the keyboard-accessible syllabus, not only by clicking a 3D object. - Reduced motion: animations honor the
prefers-reduced-motionsetting. - A consistent visible
:focus-visibleindicator on interactive controls. - Free, fully server-rendered text previews of all 50 lessons that do not require the interactive app.
3. Known limitations
We are candid about where we are still improving:
- The 3D campus is a visual/secondary navigation layer; it is intentionally not exposed to screen readers, which rely on the DOM syllabus instead. If you ever find content reachable only through the 3D scene, that is a bug — please tell us.
- We have not yet completed an independent third-party audit, so a formal VPAT®/Accessibility Conformance Report is not yet published. We will publish one when an audit is completed; in the meantime this statement reflects our self-assessment.
- Full assistive-technology coverage across every browser/screen-reader combination is an ongoing effort.
4. Compatibility
The platform is built and tested for recent versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile, with their built-in or common screen readers. Older browsers may have a degraded experience.
5. Feedback & reporting an issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need content in a different format, please email support@theagentmarketplace.ai with a description of the issue, the page or feature, and the browser + assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within a reasonable time and will work with you to provide the information or task through an accessible alternative.
